Refund policy

Payments are taken by Stripe through Link, the Merchant of Record for our orders, which makes refunds to the original payment method.

CREATE Plus

If CREATE Plus is not for you, we refund your payment in full if you ask within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. You can cancel at any time from your account: the subscription does not renew and you keep Plus until the end of the period already paid. Renewals that have already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

AIM Genera credit packs

We refund a credit pack in full if you ask within 14 days of buying it and have not used any of its credits. In addition, failed generations are returned automatically, and “This doesn’t work for me” gives back half of a result within 24 hours (see the terms of use).

How to ask for a refund

Write to info@biomag.es from the email of your account, or request it from your Stripe receipt or from Link (link.com), which you can also reach with “Manage subscription” in your account. Nothing in this policy limits the rights that consumer law gives you.
